If everything looks OK outside move back within the property to the Television closest to where the wires enter the property and also as poor picture quality, at that point you may also require a satellite finder or an aerial signal strength meter, we shall call this from here on in your meter, you may also require an ohmmeter or other device for measuring resistance. If you get an especially robust signal but still get a poor picture you may have to have your Television checked if the wire came right from the back of the Television .
