The fast expansion of technology, larger exposure to knowledge, higher degrees of awareness are making the young project engineer act more like a project boss. What I mean is, todays project engineers are actively supervising graduates, setting and monitoring schedules & budgets, interacting with clients and so on. Discover more about . This makes me wonder whether the technology is pal or foe to the more youthful engineers? Younger engineers are stuck with older / outmoded titles but their responsibilities are growing and they are anticipated to do more and produce more.

I had just left school, where the philosophy was much about getting all your answers right, it was about high marks and passing examinations. I have learned much more from my mistakes than I ever could from my successes. Knowing that you have authoriization to get things incorrect means you can try alternatives you can test different approaches. But their hazards are measured and the results are evaluated and they may embrace improvement then seek even more.
